I thought the were all happy and kind and which put me at ease. There were considerate and listened I am very grateful for the service I received some countries have done or have to pay lots more.
Suggested improvements
A chair in the changing area we get changed into gowns. Just about coped I don't know the elderly do. I felt rushed to get changed to leave so perhaps I could have been woken up at 6am instead of 6.30 am.
